We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Officer to join a charity whose purpose is to protect the worlds oceans.
Essential:
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, in a related field. Or equivalent.
An affiliation with Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or similar
CIPD Level 5 or above or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a HR Officer role in a high growth organization preferably in the scientific or charity sector.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
